2. Terugkeergerechtigdheid

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
  • Certain products, such as custom-made items or chemicals, are non-returnable.

3. Hoe een retourzending te initiëren

  • Contact us at info@misterpool.fr with your order details and reason for return.
  • We will provide instructions for returning the item.

4. Terugbetalingen

  • Refunds are issued only after the returned item has been received and inspected by our team.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the product was defective or the return is due to our error.

5. Niet-terugbetaalbare situaties

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer.
  • Returns initiated after the 14-day window.
  • Items marked as final sale or non-returnable on the product page.

6. Defecte of beschadigde producten

Als u een defect of beschadigd product ontvangt, neem dan onmiddellijk contact met ons op via info@misterpool.fr met foto’s en een beschrijving van het probleem. Wij zorgen voor een vervanging of terugbetaling zonder extra kosten.

7. Internationale retourzendingen

Klanten zijn verantwoordelijk voor eventuele douanerechten, belastingen of extra verzendkosten voor internationale retourzendingen.

8. Wijzigingen in dit beleid

Mister Pool behoudt zich het recht voor dit beleid te allen tijde te wijzigen. Updates zullen op onze website worden geplaatst met de nieuwe ingangsdatum.
