Orders are processed and shipped within 72 to 96 hours. For Saint-Barthélemy or another island, shipping is possible on request: contact us.

Delivery fees to the departure port

• Free delivery to Galisbay Port for maritime freight and customs clearance.
• Orders below €300: €50 for packaging and transportation to the departure port.
• Orders of €300 or above: no delivery fees to the departure port.

Prices for export orders include a 4% markup on the standard retail price. We accept payment in euros (€) and US dollars ($).

Freight and customs on your island

Customers are responsible for maritime freight charges and customs taxes at the port on their island, and pick up their goods at the destination port. Customs and import duties are not included in our product prices.

Import rules differ from one island to another. In Antigua, for example, duties follow the CARICOM tariff and an additional Revenue Recovery Charge applies. Rates change and depend on the product, so check with the customs office of your island before ordering a large quantity.

On the French side of Saint-Martin, there are no import customs duties: products like Bayrol arrive here without duties, which is one reason why ordering from a stock in Saint-Martin makes sense for the neighbouring islands.

What to order for a pool in the islands

Anguilla, Saba and Antigua share our climate: water at 27 to 30 °C all year, strong sun that burns off chlorine, and algae that can take over in a few days. A typical order includes:

• stabilised chlorine (Chlorilong, Stabichloran) and shock chlorine (Chlorifix);
• pH plus and pH minus;
• Desalgin algaecide and Superflock flocculant;
• test strips, a leaf net, brushes and a telescopic pole;
• salt and Salt QuickTest for salt water pools, filter sand or glass.

How to order

1. Choose your products in the shop, or send us your list by email.
2. Tell us your island and the name for collection at the destination port.
3. We prepare the order and take it to Galisbay Port for the next departure to your island.
4. You collect it at the port of arrival and pay freight and customs there.
